Our Walt Disney World vacation

It has taken awhile to get to these photos…

We decided NOT to bring our DSLR ( Nikon’s) with us… we wanted to spend this vacation enjoying it not trying to get the perfect shot ( which I would have done)
so.. these photos are not award winning.. they are taken under high humidity.. LOL with either our point and shoot or iphones.  I don’t care that they are not white balanced or technically bleh. they are US and show the fun we had.. and even then we didn’t take as many photos as I thought.

We spend so much time making sure everything is perfect.. lighting.. coloring.. composition…but life doesn’t wait for the perfect moment.. it just HAPPENS! So my advice is to don’t get caught up in trying to get the perfect moment or you will MISS it or only see it from behind the lens.

Anyway!!!

This was out FIRST family vacation!!!   This  trip was beyond amazing ..to spend 6 days with our family and just ENJOY each other, not stress over anything and just have FUN!
We spent the first day there at Animal Kingdom and Epcot and then bounced around the other days.. what I LOVED about this trip the most.. was MIDNIGHT swimming… the pool was open and the water warm.. so we would end our day at the pool, until 1am… it made for some awesome moments..

I would highly recommend Animal Kingdom Lodge.. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else with all the wonderful animals outside your balcony… breakfast with giraffes walking around below.  Our travel agent and friend Amanda hooked us up and we had the club level suite which was incredible.
