Engagement photos are often overlooked. Some people don’t think they are important. Not only can you get some great pictures, but they are often the first professional photos of you two together!
Beyond that, we love them because it gives us a chance to get to know our couple. Each of these photos reminds me of a moment and of a couple in love.

With a lot of Engagement Sessions in Ventura County, we also travel all over Southern California and have even gone to The Grand Canyon for engagement photos. What makes the location special isn’t what looks good to us, but what is special to you. We can certainly help you come up with some ideas if you are stumped.
Where was your first date? Where was the proposal? Often times we have done engagement sessions at places that are so unique and special to the couple. Disneyland, the beach, hiking trails, downtown, wherever holds those special moments is where we want to capture those images.
Some couples choose to bring along props for their engagement photos to help tell their story or even just to display the date of their wedding for a save the date. And some couples just let their love and the locations where they fell in love tell the story that only they know. Now you can share the story of your love with everyone!
