Katherine & Marvin | Santa Barbara Wedding Photographers

I met Katherine though her sister Jennifer Leigh who designs veils and had a trunk show at La Belle Elaine’s.
Katherine called and we met for a meeting at Hotel 1000.  Katherine went into great detail about her wedding, she had a plan and was very organized.   I knew that this wedding was going to be full of interesting details and traditions.
After meeting Marvin at our second meeting at the Wave Wedding Loft, we signed the contract and were VERY excited to be taking part in their wedding day.

The day was full of bumps but we managed to get through them all ( medical issues, limo accident, church rushing the ceremony).

Katherine and Marvin had their reception at  The Sorrento Hotel in downtown Seattle.  The entire Penthouse floor was theirs, including the suite and Top of the World room which was where the reception was set up.  We had a photo booth going in the Main suite and it was a HIT!
Josh and I had such a good time, it is always a plus when we work an event and have established a relationship with our couple because we feel like friends versus “the photographers”.
