We are absolutely in love with these Oak Canyon Ranch Wedding Photos. This was a new venue which has only done a handful of weddings, and it truly is a photographers dream!
November weddings can be unpredictable here in So. Cal. It can be insanely hot or rainy or just beautiful!!! We lucked out. It wasn’t unbearably hot, and there was plenty of shade for photos even with the sun out. With the venue being where it is, the sun does set behind the hills, so not option for silhouette photos but it had other attributes which made up for that!

Linsy and Mike are such a laid back, relaxed couple. When we arrived there was no crazy running about, just easy going , roll with the day happiness! This always makes it easy for us. Another thing we loved was they had a super small bridal party, and that also helps keep the energy relaxed with less people running around getting ready! Linsy and Mike opted NOT to do a first look, which while we prefer it, the timeline allowed for us to have plenty of time for photos after the ceremony!

The ceremony was romantic and Mike teared up as Linsy made her way to him. In fact, his reaction even got me a bit teary eyed! 🙂 They recited heartfelt vows to one another, with love and laughter. The Ceremony location, simple yet stunning with amazing touches of color and incorporating fall into the decor!

After the Ceremony we took family photos and right into their romantics! We were able to hit up numerous different spots around the property to capture different looks and emotions! This is why the venue is so great for photographers.

The reception, small and intimate and everyone was so happy for the couple. When it came time to cut the cake, I thought Mike was going to take a bite out of it!
