Hummingbird Nest Ranch Wedding – Laura + Sean

One day, Laura and Sean were both working at Red’s BBQ in Simi Valley. Luckily, they met and mutually decided to take a gamble on each other. Now, we are all gathered at Hummingbird Nest Ranch for their wedding day.

They were both a bit nervous so they decided to have a little sneak peek no look before they were finished getting ready to ease their nerves. It was such a special moment and all the bridesmaids had huge smiles in anticipation of the amazing day still ahead.

With everyone relaxed and ready for this Hummingbird Nest Ranch wedding, Laura and Sean headed back to finish getting ready. But first, Sean got a little touch up from Isa Beck, Laura’s makeup artist, because even groom’s need a little touch up sometimes. 😉

Once Laura and Sean were both ready, we all headed out for their actual First Look. And what a “look” it was. Sean was looking smooth and quite stylish in his suit, but Laura stole the moment and took Sean’s breath away.

As all the guests arrived, they gathered at the amazing ceremony spot on the lawn under the Olive trees. After their memorable ceremony, it was on to the reception next to the barn and small lake. Of course we had to take advantage of the nearby water and Sean’s general love of water with a few sunset photos on the dock.

At end of the speeches all the bridesmaids stole the microphone and serenaded these newlyweds with a sweet Wilson Phillips song.

With everyone gathered around to watch the happy couple cut their Skiff’s naked cake, Laura and Sean surprised one of the groomsmen with a cake of his own and a special rendition of Happy Birthday.

Then everyone closed out the night showing off their best dance moves.
