Ashley + Barry | UCLA wedding

UCLA in September is an exciting place every year.  But this year something outside of the usual excitement took place.  Ashley and Barry got married in a fun, love filled UCLA wedding.  Royce Hall, Janss Terrace, and Dickson Court are all spots most Bruins know, but Ashley and Barry have now given this part of the UCLA campus a special meaning.

As one could probably guess, these two met while going to school here.  But what sets them apart is they dated for 10 years before tying the knot.  This included 3 years coast-to-coast long distance dating while Barry was in NYC and Ashley was still here in LA.  This wedding was so full of love and family. This is clearly an amazing family and definitely the foundation for this deep love Ashley and Barry have for each other, from their heartfelt messages to one another on the blackboards of the classrooms they each got ready in, to the sweet sentiments during the ceremony from Barry’s grandmother. 

After their first look in the exterior halls of Royce Hall, we wandered around much like they did almost 10 years ago.  But this time, we were there to capture their little moments and sweet kisses all around campus.  Then it was on to the Janss Terrace for their wedding ceremony.  After the “I do’s”, everyone made their way to Dickson Court for the reception and a conclusion to another epic wedding day!

It was truly special to witness this amazing day happen at the same place their story together began… at UCLA.

Ashley and Barry are just unapologetically devoted to each other and it is the most amazing thing to witness. Let us know if you can see some evidence of this in their UCLA wedding photos:
