Sometimes two people find each other and everything just makes sense. Sometimes two people take the same improv class and the rest is history. Okay maybe that’s a little specific, but Alyssa and Jared’s story is unique. And this Moorpark Country Club wedding was certainly full of personal touches, that we love to see.

These two are proof that life is a 2 player game and they are clearly playing together. From the ceremony filled with gaming references to the Zelda cake topper and the actual arcade games at the reception, Alyssa and Jared knew exactly how to make their wedding day memorable and personal.

After getting ready, everyone headed to Moorpark Country Club for the first look. One of our favorite things about the first look is watching the stress surrounding the wedding day just melt away, and there has never been more obvious of a case than this. As soon as Alyssa and Jared came together, it was as if anything happening outside of this moment was instantly irrelevant. It’s almost like that video game level that is just too hard to beat alone, so you grab your trusty Player 2 and conquer together. Any stress that either of them was feeling just vanished and the beaming smiles were contagious.

Then it was ceremony time. And what a fun ceremony it was. Starting with Jared skipping down the aisle, all the way through the whole ceremony, the entire thing was just sooo perfect for these two. Kristin from Seaside Ceremonies worked in various video game terminology which really gave the ceremony a personal touch.

After this, everyone headed inside for the reception. And the fun certainly didn’t stop here. Guests played with the video games, used the very cool photo booth and danced the night away. Oh Watta Night brought these very cool sparkler canons which can be used indoor! We LOVE them!
