Athenaeum – Debra & Wil

Even a little rain couldn’t stop these two from smiling!  As plans changed and people frantically moved tables and flowers indoors, Debra and Wil just made the best of it.  Wil’s infectious smile and Debra’s glowing beauty made everyone forget there was anything else in the world.

When we got the the Athenaeum in Pasadena on the CalTech campus, Debra was getting ready with all her girls.  Shortly after, Wil and his guys showed up and began prepping in the library for the big moment as well.  As the ceremony time neared, we all gathered in the Hall of Associates.  With heartfelt moments and a kiss to seal the deal, Debra and Wil were married.

After the “I do’s” we managed to capture some photos outdoors before heading back into the main dining room for the reception.  As dinner concluded, everyone took a brief moment to sing “Happy Birthday” to the new bride as she was celebrating more than one occasion on this day.  From there, DJ Battlecat took over and made sure everyone had a blast dancing the night away.  As a well-known hip hop producer, he had all the guests moving and grooving all night.

It was great getting to wander around a property with so much history and so many stories to tell.  But it is even better to see new stories being written before our eyes as Debra and Wil venture into sharing life together.
