Karima and Parfait | Winery Wedding Photographers

We met Karima and Parfait at La Belle Elaines in Seattle. Karima was choosing her stunning bridal gown. What struck me about Karima was she knew what she wanted in her gown, not something terribly glitzy or ballroom. She told me was thinking of Great Gatsby meets Vintage Hollywood and the dress she chose sure did remind me of both.  She had even brought Parfait along breaking the tradition of the groom not seeing the dress. We were very happy to become their photographers and had so much fun when we met them in Portland for their engagement session. ( you can view the photos here)

When it was time for their wedding, we had become friends and interacted frequently on facebook.  I HIGHLY recommend you check out Parfait’s facebook page, he is an amazing singer/songwriter . He sang 2 songs for Karima at the wedding and it was so touching and even better then I imagined hearing Parfait sing live!!!!
Family is so important to both of them and Parfait had his family there , travelling to the U.S just for this special event.   You could honestly feel the love everyone had for each other, it was truly a blessing to be part of their day.
